CNC multi-tasking machines combine the functionality of both CNC lathes and CNC vertical mills into one powerful machine. The dual turret/dual chuck combination of the Mazak Multiplex means that Bitzer Products is able to produce highly precise machined parts on time and on a demanding schedule.
By combining the processes of CNC turning and CNC milling on the same CNC machine platform, Bitzer Products can run several application specific parts unattended. This not only ensures a more efficient means of manufacturing, but it allows Bitzer Products to maximize machine time.
