We have been TS 16949 registered since November 2005 and we are also Aerospace - AS 9100 registered.

We employ 6 Sigma Continuous Improvement Methodologies that are embedded throughout the entire organization as our operating philosophy to relentlessly eliminate variability, improve quality, and reduce cost.

We have established all appropriate quality procedures and systems including:

  • A gauge calibration program;
  • Inspection processes including: receiving, in-process, first article, and final;
  • Formal audits and reviews with continuous improvement;
  • APQP and PPAP;

We also customize quality plans for individual customers.
